Regina Castellano | Executive Chef

Chef Regina was born and raised in Orleans and is a graduate of Nauset Regional High School. Her culinary career began in 2006 in the pantry of Mahoney’s in Orleans. Within a year she was working on the line. In 2007 Chef Regina moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she was employed as a Banquet Chef at Deerwood Country Club. During her time at Deerwood, she become Head Banquet Chef and Kitchen Manager and later, the Assistant Manager Sous Chef.

Chef Regina eventually moved back to the Cape to be closer to her family. She became Sous Chef of the Bramble Inn and The Wicked Oyster, before joining VERS Restaurant in Chatham as Chef de Cuisine.

Regina became the Executive Chef at Chatham Wine Bar and Restaurant when we opened. Whether it be one of our holiday wine pairing dinners, Celebrity Food & Wine Series events, brunch, dinner, or just tapas, Chef Regina continues to impress guests with her incredible creativity and culinary skills

Chef Regina lives with her fiance and her son in Brewster.


Robert J Rizzo

Robert J. Rizzo Jr. | Chef de Cuisine

Chef Rob graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. While at CIA, he worked alongside Wolfgang Puck in an externship at Spago in Beverly Hills. Following graduation, Rob joined Clipper Cruise Lines, eventually becoming the Executive Chef aboard the 6-star cruise ships. Chef Rob move on to become the Executive Sous Chef at Tavern on the Green in New York City, and has also been the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at 4-diamond hotels in Ohio, New York and Florida, including the Marriott Harbor Beach in Fort Lauderdale. Chef Rob joined the team at Chatham Wine Bar and restaurant in the spring of 2016.


Brandi Felt-Babineau

Brandi Felt-Babineau | Pastry Chef

Chef Brandi grew up in Lousiana, learning to cook and make pastries at a young age from her mother and grandmother’s southern recipes. Brandi attended college in Worcester, Massachusetts, continuing to hone her culinary skills in restaurants on Cape Cod. After a short break from the kitchen, she returned as Garde Manger Chef at VERS Restaurant in Chatham. Brandi joined the culinary team at Chatham Wine Bar and Restaurant as Pastry Chef when the restaurant opened, and brings her incredible flair and creativity to our dessert program. She also holds fun classes at the restaurant, demonstrating and teaching aspiring chefs, inn guest and local residents how to create exceptional desserts and stunning food presentations at home.
