Our chic wine bar serves 32 fine wines by the glass and over 150 by the bottle, as well as a full selection of specialty cocktails and craft beers.

Executive Chef Regina Castellano (former Chef de Cuisine at VERS restaurant) and Celebrity Chef Rock Harper (overall winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 3) marry classic and contemporary techniques while using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, presenting culinary masterpieces that are a treat for your eyes as well as your palate.

Enjoyed an elegant dinner in dining room, or sample the bistro menu in our chic wine bar or al fresco on our beautifully landscaped terrace with fire pit. Or make it the ultimate date and stay at our Chatham hotel after a dinner, for magical and romantic getaway together.

The restaurant and wine bar open at 5pm every day, plus Sunday Brunch from 11am – 2pm.

Reservations are essential. Reservations are accepted up to 90 days ahead for our dining room. Reservations for al fresco dining on the terrace are accepted day-of. Last seating is at 8:30pm (8pm for parties of 5 or more.)
